How do I use a promo code?
Enter the promo code at the checkout page in the box provided on the right-hand side of the checkout page.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
If I place an order, when will I be charged?
Payment should be deducted from the nominated account straight away. if your payment has not been deducted straight away, please wait a few hours and if it still has not been processed please email us at info@beachwonderland.com to confirm the payment status.
How to cancel an order?
Order cancellations are allowed until 11:00 PM (EST, -5 GMT) on the same day. Cancellations made after this time will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@beachwonderland.com for further assistance.
Was my order received?
Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.
Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?

Do you ship worldwide?
Outside of the United States, We also ships select products to Australia,New Zealand, Canada, Europe, select parts of Asia and South America.

Customs Duties and Taxes
For orders in USA will be sent including tax DDP (Delivery Duty Unpaid).No any surprise costs when products arrive.
All orders from other countries will automatically sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
However, as a professional seller for years, we know how to assist you avoid any higher tax costs.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes and customs your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
In the event that import taxes and duties are not paid on arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, the seller will request the freight carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less any return freight costs incurred.
International Transit times
International orders are sent via UPS,Fedex or any other available logistics companies. Transit times vary. We will send you a tracking number when your item is shipped so that you can monitor your parcel's progress.

Do I need to wash my Linen/Towel before using them?
Yes, we recommend you wash all bedding and towel products before the first use.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us via email, and we will review your concerns and let you know what is possible.
